A Space for Growth, Belonging, and Creative Becoming
Working with Elizabeth means entering a safe, spacious, and loving environment where children, parents, and young adults are met exactly as they are.
Elizabeth’s work is rooted in the understanding that growth is not something we force — it naturally unfolds when a child feels deeply loved, accurately seen, and safe enough to soften into their authentic way of being.
How Elizabeth Works
Elizabeth is a coach who uses co-creative cooking experiences as a relational practice. Cooking is the medium — relationship, reflection, and self-trust are the purpose.
Through playful, side-by-side creation in the kitchen, children and young people are invited to:
Cooking becomes a form of embodied connection — a way for children to learn about themselves and others through shared creation.
Higher Alignment & Creative Energies
Elizabeth’s work is informed by Higher Alignment Technologies (Larry Byram), which she uses to reflect children’s creative energies and support parents in understanding how their child naturally creates, processes, and relates.
Rather than managing or changing a child, parents learn how to co-create within relationship, honoring their child’s innate creative design.
Elizabeth works with: Children through to young adults
She specializes in deeply feeling, sensitive, creative individuals who may feel misunderstood, different, or out of place. Who struggle with discern themselves from others because they are empathic.
Through loving presence and attuned reflection, Elizabeth helps children recognize their creative nature — who they naturally are — so they can experience belonging, self-trust, and connection.
Working With Parents-Elizabeth also meets one-on-one with parents to explore:
These sessions help parents feel more confident, connected, and aligned in their relationship with their child.
Working With Adults
When working one-on-one with adults, Elizabeth offers coaching with or without cooking.
When food is included, it is used as a grounding and nurturing practice, supporting self-care through simple, wholesome meals.
What Growth Means Here
Growth, in this space, is the natural unfolding that happens when a person feels seen, loved, and safe. Softening comes first — becoming follows.

I want teens to feel like they can be themselves. I provide a spacious and safe space so they can explore what makes them come alive and reveal their identity. Teenagers are in a world of inner exploration of who they are and how they fit in this world. They are between loving their parents and breaking away to discover who they are. With gentleness and guidance, allowing them to feel "ok" in their swirling mess, I help them explore their truth and reality to find their way. We will dance and help them discover their inner world through cooking and talking. It is when children feel their parents do not get them and need that space for someone else who can see them in a neutral, loving, supportive way as they navigate the messy world of being a teenager.
